Invitation to a conversation about documentary and reportage photography with renowned photographers and photojournalists Judah Passow, Uroš Hočevar and Boštjan Slatenšek

We cordially invite you to an evening of discussion with internationally renowned photographer and photojournalist Judah Passow, author of the exhibition “Scots Jews: Identity, Belonging and the Future“.

At the event, we will present the author’s life and work, and we will also discuss the narrative, ethics and aesthetics of documentary and reportage photography, as well as their importance, challenges and future.

Photojournalist Uroš Hočevar and director and photographer Boštjan Slatenšek will also join the conversation.

The event will be held on Monday, 17 September 2018, at 6 p.m. in the Synagogue Maribor (Židovska ulica 4, Maribor). The conversation will take place partly in English.
